Weddings at the Barn at The Maize
Our farm spans nearly 160 acres, offering a variety of stunning ceremony locations. Just across the road from our barn, you'll find 17 acres of wooded land with beautiful grass and trees, providing a serene and picturesque setting for your ceremony. Alternatively, choose from our unique Grain Bin Gazebo or a backdrop of lush cornfields for a truly distinctive experience. We offer flexible venue rental options, available for one, two, or three-day rentals, allowing you to tailor your event to suit your needs.
Our Venue
Our Grain Bin Gazebo, added in 2021, offers a charming setting for cocktail hour or your bar, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and twinkling bistro lighting. A paved path leads back to the barn, creating a seamless flow between spaces.
For your convenience, you have the flexibility to choose any licensed caterer for your event.
We obtained our liquor license in 2023, and by law, all alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased through us. Rest assured, you won’t need to purchase additional liability insurance, as we already carry this coverage.
What's Included
With the rental of our venue, tables and chairs are included, as well as pew benches for your ceremony seating.
You’ll also have access to several wooden spool tables and a beautiful Jack Daniels table, perfect for adding to the rustic charm of your event. These versatile pieces can be used as a sweetheart table, for hors d’oeuvres, cake, guest sign-in, or any other creative purpose you can imagine.
Our bridal suite is located right beside the barn and is equipped with both AC and heat to ensure comfort as you prepare for your big day. The suite includes chairs, sofa seating, multiple makeup and hair stations with light-up mirrors, and a mini fridge for convenience.
For the groomsmen, we offer a private suite attached to the back of our restroom building. This space features AC and heat, a personal bathroom, a sink with countertop, sofa seating, a full-size fridge, and a table with chairs, providing a comfortable and relaxed space to prepare.
